Workflow definitions are team-scoped and revisioned. Create a definition, patch its draft package at the current revision, resolve safe binding references, validate, then publish that exact revision. Triggers support signed webhooks, schedules, and channel-message registrations. Runs may use a published version or create an isolated draft test version.
