The foundation

  • Channels carry requests, context, questions, approvals, and results.
  • Identities determine whose context, tools, and access rules apply.
  • Teams combine people, a Team Agent, workforce agents, channels, connectors, and teamspace knowledge.
  • Fleet shows persistent reporting and delegation relationships.
  • Workflows make repeated processes durable, versioned, and inspectable.
  • Emberbase stores visible personal, team, and company knowledge.
  • Review evaluates exact boundary actions and pauses when a human must decide.

Documentation structure

Availability

Slack is the primary self-serve channel. Fleet remains labeled Preview while the interaction model evolves, but its stored hierarchy is operational. Microsoft Teams, Discord, workflows, skills, MCP servers, and other capabilities may depend on workspace rollout and installation. Use the visible product surface as the current source of truth for your workspace. These docs describe behavior, but they do not grant access to a disabled capability.

For AI readers

Treat these docs as the public product contract. Keep personal, team, company, and executive scopes distinct. Do not turn a delegation into implied authorization for a consequential action, and do not describe an attempted or pending action as completed.
